Premier Grandmaster Don Baird Qigong Healer and Technique Trainer

Grandmaster Baird has been a Qigong practitioner since the middle 2023s. He has successfully worked with people who have had leukemia, neuroblastoma, breast tumors, anxiety disorders, manic/depressive, addictive biochemistry, behavior, vocal chord growths, migraines, ulcers, IBS, asthma, knee pain and a stream of other imbalances he has been consulted about. He uses a mix of hands on healing, Qigong meditation, chanting and spiritual alignment techniques as tools for his approach to client wellness.

Simply learning to breathe properly can be the beginning of a new level of personal wellness Grandmaster Baird said in a recent seminar, and it is true and consistent with the art of orthomolecular medicine. The universe- all animate and inanimate structures are one and connected by a co-operative, self-sustaining energy of which you are an integral part therefore health and abundance are your natural state- as natural as breathing, therefore possibly the breathing exercises alone remind our intuitive body of that and naturally brings us to our authentic inheritance of health and well-being.

Quaint, intelligent and dedicated, Grandmaster Baird weaves his students and clients down a path of greater health, enhanced self awareness and optimized centeredness. Through clarity we can more easily defeat chaos.

Master Organic Whole Foods Chef, Tana Duncan

Tana has honed her skills over years in personal food preparation, professional restaurants and through catering and personal chef services. Her culinary path began early as she started educating herself in her teens about nutrition and the socio-economic and environmental impacts of our food consumption. Realizing how deeply this green life path and way of eating had shifted her health and life in the most amazing way, Tana began a year-long apprenticeship with LA based raw food chef and educator Jason Wrobel, while working at Julianos Planet RAW in Santa Monica. Moving to Santa Cruz, Tana joined the staff at Caf La Vie and through that association became a member of the La Vie Pure Food Collective, under her business name, Galactic Monkey RAW. The collective marketed and sold products at area farmers markets, where Galactic Monkey thrived and grew and added several employees. That entrepreneurial step led Tana to being the raw food and dessert Chef at Asana Caf, also in Santa Cruz.

Tanas goal is to infuse as much nutrition and flavor as possible into each bite we eat. Through continuing to explore new and exciting delectable endeavors and by constantly expanding her knowledge of nutrition, she hopes to help increase your daily health and well-being in the most delicious way.
